Agreement: Completing the purchase of this package and creating your account on PLRTips.com signifies your unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.

AS IS: THE SOFTWARE IN THIS PACKAGE IS PROVIDED BY PLRTIPS.COM "AS IS'' AND ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL JEREMY BURNS, PLRTIPS.COM OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Sales Letters: THE SALES LETTERS IN THIS PACKAGE ARE PROVIDED BY PLRTIPS.COM ``AS IS'' AND ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL JEREMY BURNS, PLRTIPS.COM OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THESE SALES LETTERS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

The sales letters included with these products are included for your benefit, and you are free to use them according to the following terms:

  1. You acknowledge that any testimonials in the provided sales letters are for example purposes only. They are NOT REAL, as these products have never been sold before. These need to be removed before you begin selling the these products, and replaced with your own real testimonials.
  2. You acknowledge that the sales letters were written by independent copy writers and that it is your responsibility to review any and all claims and statements made in them. You further acknowledge that is it your sole responsibility to uphold said statements and claims to your customers.
  3. You acknowledge that we have not reviewed the statements and claims made in any of the sales letters and that in no event shall Jeremy Burns, PLRTips.com or it's contributors be held responsible to uphold said statements or claims.

Resale & Rebrand Rights: Redistribution and use of the e-Books, Multi-media products and Software contained in this package in source code and binary forms, with or without modification, is permitted provided that the following conditions are met:
The only real rules on these products are as follows.
  1. You may not use the names: Jeremy Burns or PLRTips.com in your marketing efforts when you resell any of the PLRTips.com products as your own.
     
  2. You may not copy even one sentence from the sales letter you are looking at now- All the PLRTIPS.com products come with sales letters, do not "steal" ours.
     
  3. No one is allowed to sell any of the PLRTips.com products on eBay or any other internet auction site.  This just devalues the products for everyone when some joker starts selling them there for $12 so don't do it or your license will be immediately and unilaterally revoked. Not to mention you will be placing the label of "Internet Marketing Idiot" upon yourself, and the karma that goes along with that will never allow you to make the "real" money on the Internet that you desire, or anywhere else for that matter!
     
  4. The z-RESALE-LICENSE.html page that is included in each package must stay intact and as-is when it is passed on to anyone that you sell a resell license for any of these products to. 
     
    The only time you do not need to pass on this instruction page is to people that buy any of the products without rights.

    This way there is never any question that everyone reselling any of these products is well aware of these terms and will not find it as a surprise when we take legal action against them if they break these terms.
     
     
  5. You may not ever pass the source code on to anyone else.

    The Source Code for all the PLRTIPS.COM products is only for the use of people that have licensed the PLRTips package directly from us at this website.

    The source code is for your use only to rebrand these products and resell as your own.

    If you ever see anyone selling any of this source code to any of these products, they are breaking the law, please report them to us right away!

     

  6. You and anyone you resell these products to may NOT bundle any PLRTips product with more than any 1 additional product regardless of who created it.

    So if there are 3 products in any one given offer or on any one webpage and one of those products is a PLRTips product then this is not ok!

    To make this simple if your offer contains more than "two products" and one of these products is a PLRTips product then you are breaking these terms.

    You may not bundle any PLRTips product on any "One Webpage" with more than 1 additional product (for a total of 2 products) regardless of who created the products.

    This means that you may not have a webpage that lists 10 products on it even if each product has its own payment link to all be purchased separately.

    This includes membership websites.

    The PLRTips products may also never be given away for free or as a bonus to any other product.

    Sorry to be so lengthy on this one but this is the rule everyone seems to always try to find a sneaky way to break.

    Have some integrity here folks     (you know who you are) you know exactly what I mean here- do not bundle any of the PLRTips products in packages of more than 2 products no matter who created them!

    I'll say this again to clarify it - This includes placing all 10 products on any one webpage and giving each product its own payment link! --

     

  7. This package is being sold to "Internet Marketers With Integrity" only! If you do not fall into this category please do not purchase this package! 
     
    The reason I have added rule number 7 here is to help weed out all the people that constantly look for loop holes in my terms, and hurt the future sales value for everyone else! 
     
    I have only placed these terms on these products to keep the value high for all PLRTips resellers.
     
    Keeping the value high for "YOU" as a PLRTips customer is all I care about.
     
    Anyone that can not abide by these terms "Please. Please, Please" Do not purchase this package from me today!  I do not need your money and if you can not follow these simple terms I do not want it, there will be someone else that will follow the rules that will want your package!
     
    Sorry to have to be so strict on this, but it will keep the value of the products higher for all resellers, please do not ask for exceptions in our support area to any of these terms, the answer will always be no, so do not waste our time with such requests.
     
     
We reserve the right to unilaterally revoke the resell license of anyone that breaks any of these terms and will seek damages legally against anyone breaking any of these terms, not to mention we and all the PLRTips licenses will think your a jerk as you will have proved it to us all if you can not play fair and follow the same rules as everyone else!
 

 

One Time Offer Terms.
  1. The "Competitive Marketing Package" products being sold as part of the PLRTips sale are subject to the following terms. 
    a. The solo ads and e-Courses are for your advertising use only, you may not sell or give usage or resell rights to these emails to anyone else.
    b. The Photoshop PSD files are for your use use only, you may not sell or give usage or resell rights to these PDS files to anyone else.

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, any part of this agreement, you have the right to do just about anything else with the products contained in this package, including but not limited to:

  1. Rebrand the products under a different name listing yourself or your company as the author.
  2. Resell, repackage, reprint in any form and price the products any way you like.
Support Is Included: This package is sold with full support. We have provided you with simple instructions and all the resources you need to succeed in each package.  We will also offer full support after your purchase. We will also offer support to all of the customers that you sell the products to or license the rights to on an ongoing basis through our support forum.

You understand that some software products may interact with web sites on the Internet. If any of these sites ever change the way they work such as links on said sites, it may affect the function of the software you are buying.

The good news is that you will also own the source code to all software so should any software ever fail to work due to changes on the Internet or anything else, it is your responsibility to hire a programmer to make changes to the software not ours we do not plan updates to any of the software due to changes on the internet or any of the sites the software may interact with..

It will be your responsibility to set up any web pages, sales letters and payment links to any of the products that you decide to resell.
